By accessing and using InReels ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

InReels is an AI-powered platform that enables users to create short-form videos for social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" basis.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password
• You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• You must not create accounts through automated means or with false information

4. Subscription and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Subscriptions are non-refundable
• Credits do not roll over between billing periods
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

5. Content Ownership and License

• You retain full ownership of the content you create using InReels
• You grant us a non-exclusive license to use your content for service improvement and analytics
• You are solely responsible for the content you create and share
• You must have the right to use any input content (text, images, etc.) you provide

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Generate harmful, fraudulent, or illegal content
• Violate any local, state, national, or international law
• Create deepfakes or misleading content about real people without consent
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service
• Use the Service for spamming or unsolicited marketing
• Share account credentials with others

7. Platform Integrations

When connecting third-party platforms (YouTube, TikTok, etc.), you agree to comply with their respective terms of service. We may temporarily store data for up to 30 days to provide our services.

8. Service Availability

• We strive to maintain 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time
• We may temporarily suspend accounts for excessive usage that impacts service quality
• Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InReels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
